Do I need to be a OneBill customer?
No. Individuals and businesses can participate, subject to program eligibility and applicable employer policies.
Do I need to sell OneBill?
No. You make the introduction; our team handles discovery, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-up.
What is a sales-qualified opportunity?
A referred business that completes a discovery meeting, has a genuine need OneBill can address, and agrees to a next step with our sales team. Sharing a name or booking a meeting alone does not qualify.
Is the commission additional to the $250 reward?
Yes. The $250 USD reward is earned when your referral becomes sales-qualified. If they become a paying customer, you also earn subscription commission.
How is the commission calculated?
You earn 10% of eligible subscription fees OneBill actually collects for the customer’s first 12 subscription months. Taxes, implementation fees, pass-through charges, and refunded amounts are excluded.
When do I receive my commission?
Commission is paid within 30 days of receiving eligible subscription payments, in accordance with the customer’s applicable cancellation and refund terms.
What if the customer pays upfront?
Commission applies to the eligible subscription payment covering the first 12 subscription months. Eligibility and payout follow the customer’s applicable cancellation and refund terms. Payments covering later periods do not extend the commission window.
What happens if the customer cancels early?
The commission period ends when the subscription ends, if that is before 12 months. Commission eligibility follows the customer’s applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Do renewals qualify for commission?
Only eligible subscription fees covering the first 12 subscription months qualify. Renewals beyond that period do not.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. Each referral is evaluated separately under the program terms.
What if OneBill already knows the business?
Existing customers and active sales opportunities are excluded. We’ll confirm eligibility after receiving your referral.
Does the program expire?
There is no campaign deadline. Any future changes will apply according to the program terms.
