Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, debugging the log, stack trace and impacts. They should work in shifts.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the customer issue.
Attend meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose the customer issue.
Time-management, ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
Ability to prioritize and manage several projects efficiently
Note : Experience in Telecom industry and handling US based clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in MySQL database, Linux, Core Java.
